Subscription Fee: The subscription Fee is month-to-month or annual, per location. This becomes due when the trial period expires and the paid subscription commences.

The Trial Period: The Trial Period starts after the account has been set up and activated by Kinosys. The setup usually takes 2-3 days after all requirements are submitted to Kinosys.

Account Setup Fee: The Setup Fee is a one-time fee for setting up your Kino Diners account for one business location. This is due when the paid subscription begins. The fee is per location and is equivalent to the 1-month subscription fee. It usually takes 2 to 3 days to set up an account after requirements are submitted to Kinosys. This fee becomes refundable if the account is canceled within 10 days of the trial period ending.

To lower the monthly subscription fees, we have separated the charges for service utilization fees. Utilization fees incurred for the use of phone tracking feature (phone calls), 2-way SMS, and emails are not included in the monthly subscription and are billed as separate items monthly. The above fees are being charged by our Communications Provider. The fees are calculated based on actual usage, are billed to you directly, and should appear on your monthly bill.

Assigned Kino Diners Number: If you opted for the Call Tracking feature, you will be assigned a phone number. When this number is used for incoming or outgoing calls, either call will be charged a fee per minute. This fee is nominal, as of Apr 2023, the outgoing local call is 2.6 cents, and incoming is 1.7 cents per minute. Refer to the Schedule of Fees inside the Kino Diners system for prevailing rates.

SMS Fee: Sending out SMS entails a nominal fee. As of Apr 2023, outgoing SMS is 3.2 cents per segment while incoming is 1.5 cents per segment. Refer to the Schedule of Fees inside the Kino Diners system.

Email Fee: Sending and receiving emails entail a nominal fee. As of Apr 2023, outgoing and incoming emails is 0.15 cent or $1.50 per 1000 emails. There is an email validation fee for each new email and for revalidation every 90 days. Email validation and revalidation are the same prices. As of Apr 2023, this fee is 0.5 cent or $5.00 per 1,000 emails. Refer to the Schedule of Fees inside the Kino Diners system.

The new website can be based on your existing website, or you can select from our dozens of templates. Service fee starts at $500 depending on the website template you choose, the customization required, and the timeline.

The website will have 4 static pages: The Home page for featured menu items, buttons to external sites(ie to order, view menu items, call or text us, etc), the Where/When page, the About Us page, and the Link Tree page.
